But at least the morning wasn't a total waste. I'm awake and lucid for one, and then there's the community I found. mystic_janitors... It's a serious group devoted to those who keep us all sane. I submitted my request to join... turns out there's a name for what I've been doing all this time, and others who do it too [though it seems like they have a little more formal training than I do.] ^__^;;

Oh well, not like I chose this... it chose me. Least now maybe I can talk about it with people who understand...
